Patti Lou Robinson

Director of Community Relations

Patti Lou Robinson (nee Vasey) has deep roots in Haliburton County. Both her paternal and maternal grandfathers helped to build the roads from Lindsay to Dorset in the early 1940’s. Her father, Gary Vasey, developed several lakes in the Haliburton area back in the 1960’s and sold cottages to residents that now call The Gardens home. The term ‘full circle’ comes to mind when mentioning Patti Lou’s role as Director of Community Relations.
She has called Lake Kashagawigamog home for the past 20 years, raising three children and deepening her own roots in the Highlands. Patti Lou has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters and sat on the Board of Directors for Community Living. From Community Food Advisor to helping manage the Healthy Snack Program in our county public schools, she has chosen roles that allowed her to touch other peoples lives in a positive way. Patti Lou said she is excited to be helping Seniors transition to the Gardens and is already enriching her own life through the relationships she is developing with our residents.
